Lilliput's city council will consider water / sewer rate increases at Monday's meeting.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
In reference to "Lilliput's city council" do you think this is how the taxpayers will repay the water/sewer bond?
