McIntosh gets $9.5 million in federal grants to improve and consolidate county-wide water system.
Just another reason why I should be a county commissioner. I would not leave $9.5 million sitting on the table. And you know that if those numbers are based on population, our grant could have been way larger.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
Wonder why Camden never applies for money such as this? Guess that would mean we would have to have proactive thinkers. NOT!

ReplyDeleteThese grants have existed for years. They are not part of the stimulus giveaway.
