Will they continue with the massive subdivision planned for Kingsland. I know Kingsland is sitting waiting with baited breath to receive those developer fees into their Capital Recovery Account.
I know, I know you have tried to tell them the correct procedure.
oops! Disregard my last question. Now that I habve my copy of the T&G, I see where Crescent Resources, LC, the developer of that Kingsland project, is actually the parent company of Land Mar and North River.
Perhaps when the economy picks back up, the Kingsland mega-project will be back on, but I'm sure it's on hold for now.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.

Was that another Land Mar / North River project? I seem to remember that that was another group altogether. Anyone know?
