    Sure. If they did you would complain about how much it cost the taxpayers. If they paid for it out of their own pocket you would complain that they must be making too much if they can afford training. This response is a little tongue and cheek;just making the point that if folks aren't happy, no elected person can change that.

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
