I bet there was no discussion of a reduction in his salary or any of the other 25 or so overpaid administrators

ReplyDelete"They don't tell us anything"! What? They had two workshops? "Oh. Well I bet they won't take public comments"! Oh, they did, really? " Hmm, well those stupid overpaid s.o.b.'s wont do exactly what I tell them I betcha! See told ya-they don't care whats best for the children."
ReplyDeleteWhen we say the administrators are "overpaid", what is the criteria used to determine this? Pay relative to the task they perform? Pay relative to years of service or education? Pay relative to what I make? Or pay relative to what others in public systems across the state make doing the same job?

ReplyDeleteHow about this. There has been NO true staff reduction from the top. No administrator has lost his or her job. They ALL have their jobs and exactly what do they do that directly impacts the education of our children? None. The teachers directly impact our children's education. Show us real sacrifice from the top FIRST and maybe people will start thinking that this BOE really thinks about our children first rather than their salary and jobs first.
maybe parents should start looking into the unreported situations that are occuring and the saftey issues that are profound...heads keep turning and blind eyes keep view..maybe parents shoudl ask will hardin for an expalnation on why good teachers are let go but teachers who bragg about smoking dope and teachers who tie autistic childrens laces around their ankle as punishment copntinue to be employed...
