Next St. Marys city elections will likely be by plurality.

I hear that Gordon Jackson will come out tomorrow or Saturday with the details in the GTU, but, as  I understand it, the city did not get approval from the Voting Rights Division of the DOJ in time to put switching to majority on the ballot.

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
