New artificial reef established off Little Cumberland Island.
The jury is still out on the environmental merits versus the environmental damage. As with many endeavors, this is an issue that is being directed more by commercial impetus than strong science.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
