    It's a great project and it worked out well that the PSA had property available Howard Peeples Park. However, I don't think that the cities should contribute additional funds to these types of projects.

    This would seem to be an eligible project for county SPLOST funding.

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
