  2. Yes, you're right, but that will not matter. It is state wide, not a secial bill for Camden. It will pass with Atlanta and Macon votes.

You will recall that during the campaign, I stated that that was the quid pro quo for Blount to get all of the votes of everyone connected with real estate and that he would move to eliminate the impact fees before he had been in office six months. I predict that he will succeed. Blount looks out first for then his clients who are in real estate.
    No surprise - that's exactly what he did on city council.
