Yes, sheriff, yes, commissioner - it really is a crime!
You can pretty well bet that BTW kept dossiers on all of his political enemies.
It didn't take the "simple file clerk" long to learn how to access the system either. Ask Rick Rogers. I'm sure she has a dossier on me too. A boring one, to be sure.
Yes, but that assumes that the boss, BTW, would have given a damn if the audit turned up any unauthorized searches. Hell, the "simple file clerk," was no doubt doing them at his request - with a little documented freelancing on the side - right, Rick?
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
I wonder how many illegal background checks Bill Smith ran?
