Of course Bill Smith will defend Edna, always has!!!!. She was a Benefield before she married a Randall, wonder if this is a ex husband or relative as her attorney. She must know she has done something wrong to have an attorney ready!!! We all know Bill Smith will not do anything to her for stealing. Hopefully Tommy will have charges filed against her. If she is entitled to the sick leave hours, all the rest of the employees should also be entitled to it. If she is a salaried employee she should NOT get extra PAY for additional hours such as holiday and sick leave. This is Theft. BUT also shame on the payroll department in the commissioners office for alowing this to happen. They should have questioned this when it was turned in.

ReplyDeleteshe was not a Benefield, she was a Benford before she was a Randall. No relation to Benefield but yes I am sure Smith got his attorney to help represent Edna with this situation. Be careful to make sure Benefield is not being paid out of the seized asset fund for these services. Look into Jay, you are good at digging up information.

ReplyDeleteHer husband, who works for Georgia Power, has a Deputy badge and I.D. which identifies him as a Camden County Deputy Sheriff. I urge you to call P.O.S.T. and try to locate his training record. Trust me, you will not find one. Bill has given out many of these "gift sets".

ReplyDeleteI bet Randall is steaming with sears. Afterall she was the one who started correcting some of randall's pay errors and brought the issue forward. Now is the time for Randall to do whats right and pay all the money back she should not have received, it's ours not hers. Gina finally paid the county back for using the county credit card for her purchases. I wonder how many she did before she was caught. Wow that is two in one year doing something improper and possibly illegal.
