ReplyDeleteAnd a special thanks to my housekeeper, Sarah, a gal from Scotland, who brought me a delicious, home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner any American cook would have been proud to claim.
I was home recuperating from a killer upper respiratory infection.
Thanks to 5 days worth of some new, high powered, broad spectrum antibiotic that goes fpor $25.00 per pill, and that great dinner - complete with homemade chicken soup, I should be 100 by tomorrow.
And that will be none to soon: birthday Saturday; new house closing Monday; last day of semester and final on Tuesday; huge Lowe's delivery and multiple installations Wednesday; fence going up Thursday; sprinkler system going in Friday; moving Saturday. Perhaps a second "thanksgiving" dinner Sunday.
That's 100% by tomorrow. I felt like I was 100 a few days ago!

You are a very lucky man to have good friends and employee's that look out for you with a wonderful Thanksgiving meal.
