For once, Charlene has it exactly right!

Clearly, it's a no-brainer! http://jacksonville.com/news/georgia/2009-11-06/story/mounting_inmate_lawsuits_put_pressure_on_camden_county

  1. The 3 inmates that have filed a lawsuit should be given a lie detector test to determine who guided them in filing a lawsuit. I know one of them does'nt have the intellect to know his rights. If he did he would'nt be sitting in jail for extended time without a bond. For damn sure he would'nt have the knowledge to know he could get a attorney "with no money down."

The family is already salivating at the possibility of the financial windfall he has been PROMISED.

I understand Gregory wants a larger facility, but geeking inmates to file lawsuits against the County is NOT the way to get this done.

FYI = Geeking by way of constantly stating in the papers the inmates should sue because of the present conditions. This within itself has already cost the County a $30,000.00 increase.

    An increase in what? How?

  3. Everytime someone files a lawsuit against the County as per Brent Green statement it cost $10,000.

  4. All the more reason to do what the sheriff has suggested so that they will feel that the conditions are good enough that their suits will not stand a snow ball's chance in Hell and stop filing them!

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
