An interesting bit of history on the county jail apropos the expansion debate.
Jack Sutton's letter states it exactly as it was done. Another interesting thing is that I think if you check, BTW was the county commissioner for Woodbine at that time.
The splost funds that are now available should be used immediately, and hey DAVID RAINER, the mandate included expansion of the jail, as further delay is going to cost the taxpayers dearly.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
