  1. From reading the story, it looks like there is a long list of charges that the District Attorney could bring, like the possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

    I wonder how BTW and all the deputies missed those at the annual Christmas party held at Cisco's .

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
