St. Marys City Council meeting Monday night.

I can't help but wonder if there will be a preemptive message for Councilman Lee Minors Bird, the Two-Million-Dollar-Man, and his minions in attendance.

    I don't know, but my guess is it is something they've cooked up with the DMA.

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
