Georgia Power to offer more solar generated electricity for sale.

"Until now, 90 percent of the alternative fuel used to supply Green Power came from gas burned off at a DeKalb County landfill. Many environmentalists don't want to support landfill-gas power because they fear it would discourage recycling and remove an incentive to reduce the amount of garbage going to landfills in the first place."
