Ironically, Sandy Feller, who championed county impact fees, remains strangely silent on Tuesday's idiocy by the CCBOC.

  1. He is silent as he knows Berry is right on his position and Sandy would have to agree with him. Lord help Sandy.

  2. Yes, you are probably right. Sad, isn't it? Imagine him sitting next to Berry again!

The end of impact fees is not at hand. There will be a number of steps the commission will have to follow before it is a done deal. For more insights on the matter you might want to look at Sandy's blog.

You are correct that there are more steps: they have not voted on it yet, just stated (all but Berry) that they are in favor of it. The vote willcome a the next meeting on the 16th. But where should one look on Sandy's blog? As of this momnet, 11:16 AM on Thursday, 2 days after the event, there is not a word about it on his blog. Of course, I realize that Mr. Feller is so utterly computer illiterate that he literally has to have help to post on his own blog, but still - 48 hours?

  4. He is probably asleep. Now one has heard anything from him since Jay busted him. He's not posting on Topix either.

  5. I hope that he is as well as can be expected.

Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
