What say you: should Mr. Davis have been arrested?
I don't know how I feel about the entire thing. Innocent people could have been hurt. But, I am sick and tired of thugs and all the news stories about their activities. Maybe if more people acted like "cowboys", the punks would slither off and kill each other. If he'd of shot the punk, I'd have understood.
You can bet that had Mr. Davis been a police officer, the officer would have fired back. I, too, wondered what would have happened if Mr. Davis had drilled the scum right between the eyes. Watcjh: if they DA is crazy enough to indict this guy, a Savannah jury will set it right.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
