The St. Marys city attorney has submitted his resignation effective the last day of May. The city is already advertizing for his replacement.
Sorry, Alex, Bob, Greg, et al: there are no salamanders to be found and no woodpecker nests threatened at Site 1. So says the recently completed report.

That would be the report done by RS&H, the engineering firm which stands to make a couple of million if no salamanders or woodpeckers are found or to make nothing if anything is found that will stop the construction on that site.
