"Concerned citizens" fail to launch, cost city thousands in attorney fees.
Once again Jackson's article is misleading. Given the choice of presenting on the final day of the sitting grand jury or waiting until the next session, they chose to wait. DeLoughy, as we all know, is full of hot air.
Please keep it clean and reasonably civil. "Public figures" are fair game, consistent with the "actual malice" exception. I suggest you Google both terms before you go off half-cocked.
