In addition, Charlie brought out the big guns Sheila McNeil, talk about a conflict of interest. Sheila should've told the reporter just how much the navy would save if the airport was relocated at taxpayers expense.
Airport relocation supporter Sheila McNeill, former president of the national Navy League, said she was "stunned" by the ruling.
"If there is even the perception of a conflict, they [council members] should remove themselves from voting," McNeill said. "This is not an airport issue, it's an ethics issue. "
