"Camden Watchdog is not a complaint center," said Tom Cyphers, one of the creators of the organization.
He indicated that all the responsibility for property taxes doesn't lie with the assessors.
"If they go up on our assessments, they [city officials] need to go down on millage rates," he said.
This is probably the smartest thing I have read, that anyone has said about this entire situation. Congratulations Tom Cyphers.
