That solves the problem of eligibility for help from the fund set up by Tripp Casey. However, I would note that his stated hope of raising $10,000 falls far short of any significant help. If my recollection of the number of employees is correct, that would amount to about $60.00 per employee. To come up with $250.00 per employee, donors are going to have to pony up about $42,000.

We can not always believe what we read in the papers. And we all know that we cannot believe Charlene Sears. I feel the only ones who should be entitled to any of the funds are the ones who actually got or will get laid off or were fired. We all know that the "salaried" people are not losing any of their paycheck even if they are taking off. Management in this county's government is a disgrace. Why hasn't any of the cars been parked? the gas cost alone could have paid these hourly employees. Bill Smith I want to see you and Charlie give up a paycheck, you damn sure don't work for it.
I read the article in the Times Union and also heard Dave Smith version. He left out the most important part of the information, that anyone can donate at any Southestern Bank. He sounded nervous reading the news and only stated parts of the article, is he scared of BTW??? From what we hear on the street NOT all employees are being forced to take off, only a selected few. More lies from the grand CCSO.
Ol little chuckie sears, lamenting on how all the people are getting hurt because of the pay problems. Has she stopped to think that she was one of the problems?Smith payed her $2.00 hr more than he was paying people that had hung in there and took care of business, we he brought her on, and gave her 3 more raises within the year. Now he has another new hire getting raises. Thank God this crap will soon end. Tommy your gonna need a D-9 Cat. to clean that outhouse clean. God Bless the Camden Co. Sheriffs Office, and please hurry.

What "job" is Chuckie Sears doing now and what is she being paid?
That's a damned good question. Last I knew, she was some sort of PR person. She was involved in some sort of high school student driver ed or driver safety program. I have not idea what the hell she ostensibly does now. Anyone know?
Last I remember reading, she was making somewhere in the mid in the mid 40s plus gas and a car.
She'll be gone in about 100 days or less.
