If the powers that be, will take action along these lines, the situation will most likely improve. If not, then the problem will fix itself, the coffers will run dry and the city will start operating in the red. Then once again the taxpayers will be screwed by the govenment!
66 y/o male, college grad. Currently pursuing bachelor of Science in Public Administration from College of Coastal Georgia. Navy and Vietnam veteran (Hospital Corpsman, NEC 8404). Former HMC, USNR-R.
