Look for franchisors to yank franchises and demand that signage come down any day now. Bankruptcy will no doubt soon follow. Honest operators will no doubt line up to buy the locations which made Cisco's the largest - by volume of fuel sold - independently owned fuel retailer in the ENTIRE COUNTRY. That's right - the fools could have made a killing LEGALLY.
