Morally bankrupt Big Thug has chutzpah to file an ETHICS charge against Berry!
As Berry says, this clearly will go nowhere. My guess is that Smith should sooner sandpaper a wildcat's ass in a locked phone booth than to challenge Berry to an intellectual pissing contest.

I saw the First Coast News tonight. BTW was going on and on about how Steve Berry is such a bad man because he is defending a suspected drug dealer. Last time I checked defending criminals is what attorneys do and are required to do. Steve Berry appears to be doing his job. BTW are you doing yours?

BTW defends theives, murders and drug dealers, puts them on his payroll, doesn't take out workmans comp, or federal or state incometax, so who is he to cast stones. That SOB damn sure lives in a glass house thats about to burst wide open.
