An excellent idea!

There are a couple of apartment complexes that were built with low interest, federally subsidized loans just for seniors. Would you believe that none of them have washer/ dryer connections, just an inconvenient, communal wash house? What were they thinking? Glad to see these cottages have both W/D connections and ADA compliant kitchens and baths. I had to have a 3 BR, 2 bath house (more than I need) built and have it extensively modified to meet my needs.
