Jay great to see you posted this story showing that it's not easy being the Sheriff of this County no matter how hard you try. It's just amazing that it took the media so long to find out about this story. It goes to show what a habitual offender(Berryhill) is capable of no matter if they are there for a felony or a misdemeanor(like it says he is now).
The name Berryhill rings a bell. Is he the guy who was arrested after being highly critical of Sheriff Smith and was then found hanging in his cell a short time later?
