HISTORIC WATERFRONT, ST. MARYS, GA.
It's supposed to be near Waycross. The name popped up on one of the images in the slide show. Google maps doesn't show it.
I'm reminded of my mother buying two lots, sight unseen, in Cape Coral in about 1958 because her friend invited her to a promotional cocktail party. At least, by the time she went to inspect, the land had been drained. She considered that a good thing.

It is RiverPlace Plantation off of Hwy 17 just south of Spring Bluff Road and across the street from the Church of the Rising Daughter.
