This may be the funniest thing I have ever read. I had a case and Judge Tuten was the judge. It took forever to get a ruling from him. My lawyer said he has "memory issues" and from what I saw, that certainly makes sense. The cases won't move but Tuten will get a paycheck from the fund that Judge Williams improperly (I forgot ) set up. What a joke !
66 y/o male, college grad.
