The purpose of this blog is to provide the author, Jay Moreno, with an outlet to comment upon items of socio-political and socio-economic import in Camden County, Georgia and to generally satisfy a daily compulsion to write.

Word around the county offices is that the personnel issue to be discussed in Executive Session is a series of raises to be given using former employee Diana Smith's salary. The raises will only be used in Mr. Howard's office - how shameful! If we are hurting so bad, that money should be put back into the budget, not used for raises for a "select" few. Talk about employee morale being in the crapper!
