The purpose of this blog is to provide the author, Jay Moreno, with an outlet to comment upon items of socio-political and socio-economic import in Camden County, Georgia and to generally satisfy a daily compulsion to write.

You live in Camden, how about reporting, (I am sorry copy and pasting some news from Camden) This is the "Camden Commentary Blog" correct? By the way do you have a problem with Blacks? Might hurt your run for election if you do.
I have a problem with an ultra-liberal balck mayor (retired SSU social work [welfare]professor) and his clearly racist majority black city council systematically running off the long-time and highly competent white city manager and a very good white city police chief and replacing them - invariably - with cnadidates whose major qualification seem to be their blackness.
As you can see (if only you will) I abhor racism in all its manifestations - including this one. Anyone who can not see this or sees it and agrees with what they are doing would never vote for me anyway.
Imputing motive from behavior is probably risky business. Most competent city managers change jobs about every four years. Otherwise, they're likely to get co-opted by a political faction and lose their ability to meet their professional obligations.

At least, that's the theory.
Generally true, but not in Savanah, where the guy they just ran off was only the secondf city manager int he history of the city.
Had you actually read the article, you would have read:
"He (Michael Brown) has run the city for 15 years, and before that, spent almost 10 in former City Manager Don Mendonsa's 28-year administration."
