after speaking with jolean, seems all this is for only a selct few stores downtown
if your store is outside these zones you cant sell it for the event.so the price of a beer will go to 5 dollars a cup when you could go to flash and buy a 12 pack for alot less. is this the goverment controling to much.
where to buy it ,where to drink it and out of what

This is not meant to be a bring your own event. This is a way to control who is buying and keep the minors from purchasing and consuming. The businesses dont intend to do anything differently pricing or otherwise. The businesses within the designated area will be the ones to sell. They already pay taxes and business fees to be there. What is already going on will just be legal now. I don't drink but I support the idea.

minors cant buy anywhere. the wristband i agree with event sponsor sells them. wal-mart,green cedar, flash foods ect. pays taxes also and has beer/wine lisense.im sure they have a city buisness lisense as well.
i dont drink either and support open container. increase fines for underage drinking or disorderly. just dont mandate wher and from whom to buy from. thats punishing stores because of location.
but i think its a
