Jay,

I want to pass on a tidbit of unrelated news. The man that owned the Woodbine Pharmacy was found dead this morning with a bullet wound to the upper torso or chest. Suicide is not what it is looking like. I dont know where the man lived, but know him to be a good guy. This is sad. His dad was murdered not to very long ago. He was a judge in Jesup. They think this might be related. I am the same gal who gave you the news about the inspector being dead.

I'm saddened to hear that.

So near as I can remember, the fellow who owned Noland's Pharmcy in St. Marys, right down the street from Donini's Florist is the fellow who moved up to Woodbine and opened that pharmacy. Is that who was killed? Do you know if he was found in the pharmacy?

Could of been an addict after drugs more than money.

William Glenn “Bo” Thomas III

April 16, 2008

Jesup–Longtime Wayne County pharmacist William Glenn “Bo” Thomas III passed away Monday afternoon. Arrangements have not been set. However, Howard-Jones-Nobles is handling the arrangements, and information may be obtained by contacting them at 427-3721 or go to www.thepress-sentinel.com. The obituary will be posted when it is prepared.

Bo and a couple of partners had the Woodbine Pharmacy and the recently opened Camden Pharmacy across from the hospital.

His dad was District Attorney for over 30 years and was murdered in Jesup about a year ago. Very sad.

Camden Pharmacy is my pharmacy. Went there when I tired of long lines and dawdling, lallygagging clerk at Walmart. Great service for about $3.00 - $4.00 per month more on +/- $150.00 montly Rx bill.

Used to use their drive-through, but now that my van is too high, they bring it out to the curb for me.

Do you know if the deceased worked up in Woodbine or down in St. Marys?

Bo managed the Pharmacy in Woodbine. He probably visited the Pharmacy in St. Marys but for the most part he stayed in Woodbine. He was a well loved guy and got along with everyone. I don't think I have ever seen him in a bad mood. Such a sad sad thing.
