Think where we would be now if the idiots of the Terrible Troika had not blocked the hiring of someone like Mr. Howard for some two years or so. Remember when it comes time to vote that only Steve Berry and Sandy Feller were constantly pushing to hire a new county administrator when King David Reigner was usurping the role and blocking the hiring with the full support of Rhodes and Herrin.
