Candidates' forum tonight! 7:00 PM, Eagles' Club, St. Marys Candidates for SHERIFF and Tax Commissioner are all invited. Moderator, Ed Clary, will take and ask written questions from the audience. Yes, BTW is invited. Will he show? Quien sabe? If you don't where the Eagles aerie is, here are directions. Head east on Hwy 40 (or maybe west if you live in downtown St. Marys) until you get to Point Peter Road. Eastbound traffic, take a left onto Point Peter Road. Watch for the St. Marys Police Department on your left. Take a left onto the road lying immmediately to the north of the police building. You will pass a lot behind the police building with old police cars and recycling bins. Just beyond that is a one story office building to the left. Turn in and go down to the far end of that building. Eagles are last door on your right. You would probably be well advised to get there early (i.e., NLT 6:15) for seats. Sorry I did not get this out earlier. I've been engrossed in my three new diabetes books which arrived from Amazon this morning. Alas, I will will not be there A/C my damned van is still in the shop. I would appreciate some good reporting.
