No, I disagree. I've been keeeping very close tabs on what mr. Keating is up to. He has been pedaling as fast as he can.
You have to be aware of the act that there was virtually no infracstructure existing at the JDA when he took the reins. The thing had just ben a hollow shell under both of his immediate predecessors. They were doing exactly what the good ol' boys ointhe commission expected them to do - nothing. Hell, we did not even have a professional website. I invite you to check out the one David just recently launched.
If you follow my website religiously, you should know thathe has been busy and actually earninghis pay check -a first at the Camden JDA.
The next JDA board meeting is this Friday at 9:15 AM at the county annex building by the library. Try to make it if you can.
I expect things to start popping in the not to distant future.
66 y/o male, college grad. Currently pursuing bachelor of Science in Public Administration from College of Coastal Georgia. Navy and Vietnam veteran (Hospital Corpsman, NEC 8404). Former HMC, USNR-R.
