Thanks, folks. Glad you like it. Could I ask a favor? Just bring one friend to this blog by this time next week. Thanks. Jay P.S., Just for laughs, here's a link to the same data for that Thuggie, anti-Jay, Black Helicopter guy's blog. http://counter6.bravenet.com/index.php?id=402941&type=traffic&graph=week&dataset=pageviews&usernum=430100151

The post-Maziarz Tribune & Georgian.

I've been doing course work all day, so I just got around to reading my hard-copy of today's T&G (Toady and Grovel?) a few minutes ago. Apparently, to atone for the past editorial decisions of Jonathan Maziarz, an entire quarter page in the upper left-hand corner of page 3A is now reserved for the exclusive use of Der Willie's Minister of Propaganda, Simper Fido Terrell. This week, we are regaled with tales of heroic at sea rescues performed by the vaunted CCSO Marine Patrol and Anti-Terrorism Squadron. To dispell any doubt that this is a free political ad, just read the last two paragraphs where Simper Fido quotes BTW. It's enough to make you puke. Note that, once again, there is no attribution to a T&G employee for either the photo or the text. Obviously, both were provided by Simper Fido. Alan just saluted smartly and published the weekly propaganda installment as ordered. Then, in the letters-to-the-editor section, we see that if you are attacking Jack Kingston, you do not need to worry abou the 500 word limit. Then, of course, there is the required editorial, flacking the centrality of "downtown" St. Marys to all aspects of life as we know it here in Camden. I suspect that there is a ripe market here for a second newspaper with an owner/publisher/editor with large, Titanium balls.

But we have to draw the line somewhere!

Think of all of the self-aggrandizing crap which Der Willie's Minister of Propaganda, Simper Fido, puts out - on the taxpayers payroll. Picture the damned hand-painted BTW campaign truck parked in WalMart's parking lot and who knows where else (somebody please e-mail me a picture of that thing.) Now, get a load of this Thuggie attack on Tommy Gregory's wife and campaign from Topix Kingsland. Truck ad at Courthouse ? Posted in the Kingsland Forum J L Owens Saint Marys, GA Reply » Report Abuse Judge it! #1 14 hrs ago Judged: 1 1 Can that truck be legally parked on county property? I know there are rules that limit those activities, especially by a spouse that works for the County Commission. porkchop charlie Saint Marys, GA Reply » Report Abuse Judge it! #2 1 hr ago Yes it can. There is nothing illegal about Mrs. Gregory parking her vehicle in a public parking place. KG Rawls Kingsland, GA Reply » Report Abuse Judge it! #3 1 hr ago While not illegal, it seems that it is lacking in good judgement. With accusations flying about "damned insiders" at some point, everyone can have the finger pointed at them. (JAY) I'm sure the desperate Thuggies are talking about the Gregory's pick up truck which I saw at his rally the day before Easter. It has some professionally rendered campaign signs on it. So long as she doesn't drive through the doors of the courthouse and park it in the lobby, I'm thinking she's okay. Could someone parse Mr. Rawls' statement for me? Is he making a left-handed attempt to brand the Gregorys as damned outsiders, or what? He is no doubt one of the tribal Rawls of pre-I-95 pecan shop fame, right? Update: 04/03/08 The Thuggie idiots are still trying to squeeze a drop of political advantage out of this non starter. Check it out: http://www.topix.com/forum/city/kingsland-ga/TEOGLEABDIFSOERIP Hello! There is no vote going on at the county courthouse just yet. Mrs. Gregory is parking the truck in the designated employee parking lot (which hardly qualifies as part of the "right-of-way," Paco-Waco) in the morning and taking it home with her when she leaves for the day. There is nothing immoral, unethical, or unlawful, much less illegal, about that, you dopes. When I parked my van in the designated disabled, van accessible, parking spot out the back door of the tag office, it had three Gregory for Sheriff decals on it. Was that immoral, unethical, illegal, etc, etc? Now, when you go park an old, unsightly, hand painted, rednecks for Bill truck on the private property of Walmart, without permission and secure in the knowledge that they would not dare have a pro-BTW truck towed as an abandoned, non- customer vehicle parked illegally on their property, that smacks of Thuggery.

Yes, the apparently crooked Cisco inspector has died!

My sources are the greatest. This from a courtroom witness to yesterday's Cisco proceedings. The current state inspector covering this area is named Stafford. Mr. Stafford testified yesterday that he was told that the presumably crooked inspector, one ( are you ready for this) Jeff Davis, died a few weeks ago. Stafford did not discuss how the man died. I'm guessing that will come out sooner rather than later. Stafford also testified that the late Jeff Davis would suggest to him (Stafford) when they should go to inspect Cisco's and ask him (Stafford) when he was going to inspect. Does anyone know if Stafford is the inspector who discovered the discrepancy and blew the whistle? Answer: Yes, indeed he was. I just went back and re-read the GTU coverage. Here's what I found: Mike Stafford, the inspector who discovered the problems, said he went to the station at Exit 6 for a routine inspection Feb. 7 and reported no problems. Stafford said he returned five days later on orders from superiors in Atlanta after a complaint was filed against the station. That inspection on Feb. 12 showed the pumps "were way out of tolerance," Stafford said. He also found the seals that prevent tampering "were not properly secured to prevent re-calibration." Good on Mr. Stafford and the citizen who filed that complaint!

As suspected, Cisco warned of "surprise" inspections!

I:45 PM: The rest of the story. Normally, I re-write information from my reliable sources. However, this communique is so concise and on-target, it is coming to you just exactly as I received it moments ago, from an eyewitness to yesterday's court room proceedings:
Wesley Walker stuck it to Fairley under a grant of immunity. However, Walker was only given immunity from the state. His attorney didn't realize there is a federal case also. Fairley was paying the state inspector and Walker kept it to himself saying he didn't want to be involved. This was told to Walker by Robert Clark. Robert Clark advised Walker that he tampered with the pumps and handled the pay offs. Walker said three times that he was told the inspector was paid $20,000.00 from Cisco. Now we have the son in law, a sworn police officer, not revealing that he had been given major information about paying off a state inspector and was also told about the pumps and he didn't report it. He did say that he told the G.B.I. and F.B.I., but that was after he was contacted. He did not reveal he had information of criminal activity. Said it was because Fairley is his father in law. One important piece of information that came out was that Fairley was advised by the D.A., Steven Kelley that Fairley was a target of a federal grand jury in Savannah. I can not imagine a bigger den of thieves than this bunch. Wesley keeps information to himself about a major crime committed at a business that his wife is suppose to have an interest in and he states he did it because Fairley was his father in law. The businesses were transferred to the two daughters in 2001. This puts them in the middle of a criminal enterprise. It is just an incredible set of circumstances that could not have occurred except for the Cisco/Smith connection. Turns out the Sheriff's chief spokesman is also a major law violator. Gordon was pushed and didn't get it all in but this is the rest of the story. It is stuff that you couldn't make up. I think it is amazing the Sheriff's spokesman is doing in Smith's buddy Cisco, Cisco and even his own wife and sister in law. Don't you just know that Walker is in deep do with the whole bunch. It had to be one of the worst days of his great career in law enforcement. A law enforcement officer who picks and chooses when to enforce the law.
Note: Sleazy Talker is the same wise-assed son-of-a-bitch who, when I called to complain about my unlawful, politically motivated deprivation of my rights while in jail for eight hours beyond my bail being posted, in a 52 degree cell with no shoes and summer clothes, responded with a chuckle, "Well, I guess next time, you'll pay the damned fine (i.e, a traffic fine I opted to contest in Chatham County - and won!), won't you!," then hung up in my face.
May you rot in the federal pen, you dandy prick!
Question: Does anyone out there know, for a certainty, the name and/or current status of the individual who was tipping off Cisco about "surprise" state inspections?
