Was this Robert Clark an employee of the new owners when he rigged the pumps in Feb.? Is this the guy that was the operator or owner of the Sunshine Truck Stop at the Woodbine exit? Did someone say that Cisco fronted him the money for the Sunshine Truck Stop or maybe the Cisco Express station?
Is it possible that he rigged the pumps, then "someone" called in the complaint in the hopes of getting the truck stops back at a fire sale when the state closed them down?
Sure gets messy when you jump into a big toilet bowl with 6 or 8 big turds in it, don't it!
This thing is like water, seeping into all cracks. Your POSSIBILITY is so on point. This turd is headed straight for the bail bonding circle.
