Cisco update.....

Remember how the state said that they could re-open CISCO's if they agreed to a $500,000 fine with $250,000 up front and the other half waived if they kept their noses clean for some period of time? Well, it appears that the state let them go ahead and open on a PROMISE to cough up the $250,000 by a date certain. That date passed last week. That was after the Florida officials shut down the current owner's ops in Florida. Apparently, there is not enough operational liquidity left. Talk is that the court has had about enough. Look for forced bankruptcy proceedings in the near future. Tuesday, 4/15: As you can see, today's GTU confirms what I told y'all last night. So, Thuggies, what does that tell you about my sources and their accuracy? http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/041508/met_268337231.shtml

CAMDEN COUNTY, GA -- More fall-out concerning the Cisco Travel Plaza gas-shorting saga in Camden County. According to the Tribune & Georgian a sheriff's office administrator is temporarily off the job.

Captain Wesley Walker is on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the racketeering investigation. According to the newspaper, his wife is one of the 24 defendants whose assets were frozen in this case.

Also, the pumps at the Cisco Travel Plaza at exit one are also closed. According to a source, they've been closed since last Friday because of problems paying the fine imposed by the judge.

I now note that the pathetic little self-loathing shit who calls himself "Black Copter" claims top have known the true reason for the closing of the Cisco's by virtue of having boldly walked up to the people who were closing the stations on Friday and asking why, while attempting to poo-poo my sources.

Observant readers will note the day and time at which I first posted the info - hours ahead of the GTU coming out - and when this tragic little shit first tried to lay claim to the scoop.

Truly pathetic!

I know that Walker has been reported to POST. That Walker has be to his parents to advise them what has been going on. That Walker's wife is back with him. That Walker's attorney was advised that if Walker didn't testify he would be indicted. (This was from the Feds). That Walker was not checking for prints on the pumps. Walker was making sure there were not prints. I know that Walker is a mess, looks like death warmed over. I know that this is the biggest problem Smith has on any chance for relection. I know that the Sheriff's office is going bonkers over who will still have a job and coverage. I know that Smith has Dyal problems. And the rest I know is known to the Feds. NOW IT IS UP TO THE VOTERS.
