Is Big Thug Willie about to roll over??
And now, from a mole so deep he sometimes skin dives in the Floridan aquifer, comes this startling rumor.
There is now talk going around the the courthouse square that the seldom seen of late BTW may have been in negotiations with the feds in search of a deal like Walker got.
Time will tell.
Don't you know there is some serious puckering going on within the upper echelons of the CCSO and who knows where else?
Another reliable source informs me that when approached about appearing in the Crawfish parade, BTW not only declined to appear, but said, and I quote, "Don't put my name on a damn thing in the parade!"

I feel it is unfair for the Feds to give him a DEAL. None of them should be able to get a DEAL. That is why they continue to do what they want when they want to do it. They should be PUNISHED like the normal tax payer would be if they did something wrong.
BTW is going to show off all his women in the parade. He probably won't make an appearance but im sure he will have a line of BBJT (Blonde Big-Jug Thuggies) showing off their support for the old fart.
The only deal Btw needs is 3 hots and a cot in the federal pen for the rest of his life

How can they give the man who is being indicted immunity? Immunity against being indicted? Who is he going to testify against, himself? That does not make any sense to me. Does he confess all his wrongdoings and they slap him on the hand and say, "Don't do it again"? If that happens, he will stay in office until he dies because there are too many people out in this county that still think he hung the moon because they have and will continue to benefit from what he should be indicted for. If the Feds let him off then we will all know that there is no justice in these United States and we will be the laughing stock of the USA.

BTW showed up to the Crawfish parade in the ratty green GOB pickup truck with a handfull of red-shirted thuggies trolling behind him. His group of hard-core trollies was a lot smaller than years past when he would have a line of cars and walkers behind. I guess head cheerleader Maryanne really jumped ship... On another note, Gregory and Gamble were noticable absent from this parade. What's up with that?

Smith will try and blame any and everyone else. He will quickly blame Charlie Easterling for filing the false annual certifications on the seized assets - "I did not sign that form, Charlie Easterling did". And then Byerly, Walker, Proctor, Mastrionni, etc. will be blamed for everything else.
But while some of the others are likely going to face charges, Smith's chances of getting immunity are about as good as the USS Willie catching a terrorist out in the intercoastal waterway.

Your observation as to the relatively small size of his coterie of Thuggies as compared to previous years was revealing. The abscence of Mary Ann may have been prophetic.
Oh, yeah - as to gregory and gamble not showing up. I think that is good strategy on their parts. No sense needlessly exposing yourself to the Thuggies in an event which you do not have total control of. The opportunities for either candidate to be set up for a trip to BTW's jail are too great.
