Those are the same numbers we had and it states in a small box under Beth Soles that it does not include the Absentee Ballots. I have yet to see the absentee ballots included anywhere.
If you get the actual hard-copy of today's T&G rport by precincts, it say the results do include the absentee ballots, while the on-line version says those numbers do not include them. I've got an e-mail in to Jill now for clarification.

Jill Helton has just confirmed that the hard-copy figures (precinct-by- precinct) do include the absentee ballots. See far right-hand column.
