The purpose of this blog is to provide the author, Jay Moreno, with an outlet to comment upon items of socio-political and socio-economic import in Camden County, Georgia and to generally satisfy a daily compulsion to write.
HISTORIC WATERFRONT, ST. MARYS, GA.
I finally got off of the phone this morniong and made it over to Mary Lee Clarke at about 1140 AM. I rolled right in. There was no line whatsoever. There was one couple at the 2nd table and 3 to 4 people over at the voting machines. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The pollworkers said it was prety steady from 7:00 to about 8:30, then cooled way off. I'm guessing 3:30 to 7:00 wil be heavy again.
I've been by my polling place and two others so far. I'll be going back out to hit some others soon.
Mainly, I'm just curious to see what hard corps Thuggies actually look like.
White Oak fire station has been PACKED with voters for a few hours now. I live right down the street from it and have kept an eye on turn out. It seems as if a lot of people that normally dont vote are coming out to the polls. This could be a tough one to call. Please GOD let Gregory win!!!
I just had a phone call from my man who is actually in Judge Gillettes's office at this moment. He says Gillette is saying that it looks like the turnout will only amount to about 23% of registered voters.
I'm not sure if that is just for today, or includes the early voters.

Hopefully your endeavor in seeing that change needs to take place in this county and is critical to the future of our community. We as a community have been embarrassed enough. The good ole boy system needs to end as soon as possible. There should be zero tolerance towards playing favorites to those that break our laws. No man should ever believe he is above the law. Especially the top lawman. For Rick especially, you have gone above and beyond what any citizen would do to try and make our county a better place, even at the risk of the good ole boy system. Kudos to you. You, are the MAN! For Jay, thanks for adding fuel to the fire and continuing to keep us abreast of current wrongdoings. Your website is a great addition to the ugly truth that we are forced to live with. Lets hope your personal efforts will result in a positive change for all of us. Thanks again guys. P.S. I voted for Gregory soon as the polls opened.
You are most welcome. I felt obliged to do what I could with what I have.
Win, lose or draw I think both you and Rick deserve Kudos for everything as well. If it wasn't for you all staying on top of things we would never been aware of a lot of the corrupt crap that was happening right under our noses. Thanks again.
Jay you and Rick helped by keeping us informed and with very good information. I know the honest hardworking citizens are very thankfull for the excellent work you people have done. We now have a President to elect, so I guess that will be one of the next hurddles ahead, many thanks troopers, excellent job

Amen Jay. Today is the day. Let's all send a big message to BTW and slap him right off that pedestal he has placed himself on.
Best of Luck Tommy. We know you can do it. You have our votes and prayers.
Today is THE DAY!
I'd rather knock his ass off and stomp on him!!

I was just talking to Tommy down at the fire station polling place in St Marys. Seems really upbeat.
