It appears that TOPIX Kingsland is on life support and going fast. I'm sure you will agree that no group of Camdenians could benefit more from exposure to intelligent life forms than the denizens of TK. Would someone please go to this link and post a link to this blog? Thank you.

You are right...topix has alot of stupid posts! All points of view are posted there and sometimes it seems there are more stupid comments than intelligent ones. I feel that you do not allow all posts on your blog...which is your choice but the result is...your blog may be biased to your point of view only. This is why I read all...Topix, Camden Commentary, Camden Georgia News and others...then make up my own mind. I also watch both CNN and Fox so hopefully, I get all sides of the story and then use my own mind to form "my own" opinion. I do enjoy checking your blog to get some interesting information I don't see elsewhere. I think of you as the "Rush" of Camden County...Sandy might be "O'Riley" ):

RE: TOPIX. The fact is that I could take a small caliber bullet throught he brain, live, and have a higher residual IQ than the average TOPIX poster.
I'm so busy with college work this weekend, I'll be lucky to have timne to watch it. No particular "allegiance" to either team. I barely follow sports.

There is nothing wrong with being intelligent and opinionated. It's just not the norm around here! Most of the people who were born here have adapted to a certain mentality. Those who moved here for whatever reason, never read the memo.
Jay I find you to be a very fascinating person. You come at me, I come at you, in the end we seem to both want the same things. Keep up the good work.

Your resentment is still showing. You may know more words than the average bear, but you lack in common sense and average intelligence of life and how to treat people. jay, i try to read all of them topix yours, ricks,and sandys .seems to me sandy is the only one that keeps the mud slinging off his topix is a joke and rick thinks he is never wrong.

Not so. I p[ost things I don't agree with all the time. How else would my readers be able to keep up with whats going on as I re-educate the wrongheaded commenters. What I do not publish - sometimes -is blatant, juvenile, ad hominem attacks by fools suffering from Jay-hating derangement syndrome. However, from time to time, when one makes a big enough fool of himself, I can't resist diplaying his stupidity for all to marvel at.

You conceit is infinite. What possesses you to disparage people so to think you must “re-educate” them? Why in all my many years, I have never seen a person so vain as you. You seem to think that you are better than the “indigenous” people of this county; that Camden is inept of producing anyone of real mental aptitude. Well, dear sir, I ask you to think again. Your pomp will be your demise if you choose to run for a seat as a commissioner in this fine county. I have followed you from the beginning, and have copies of all sorts of your degrading and personal attacking posts from this blog, and from Topix. I also have the money to put up an anti-Jay campaign the likes no one has ever seen in this county. I challenge you, Jay, to show people in this county some respect. If you do not, you will never hold an office in Camden as long as I may live. Please think twice before attacking people. Your intentions on some of your points may be well, but you blow that away with your sarcasm and your haughtiness. If you could learn how to treat people in a respectful manner, you would have my full support for a chair in the BOC. But, it is hard to teach an old, bitter dog new tricks. Well, good. I look forward to your efforts to stimulate the local economy. I find it most interesting that you have been savings all of that stuff for years. Do I think that the mean level of education and sophistication among the population of invading "damned outsiders" residing in Camden County is self-evidently higher than that of the indigenous population of the county? Yes - definitely. I don't think it - I know it, as do you. That is precisely why you loathe and detest me, as an exemplar of that fact. Fortunately, there are more "damned outsiders" than xenophobic asses living in District 4. Save that, Bubba!

so look at this point drive and look at mush bluff then take a look at the subdivisions these outsiders are living in. the outsiders dont give a crap about camden they are here for their job in the navy. so they would vote mickey mouse in. because they know they only have a few years here and they are gone.

jay, there is this old saying down here in the redneck country. if you lay with dogs you will get fleas. and you say you are so much smarter than our we are. why do you stay down here? the other saying is. students are only as smart as the teachers. and you say you are teaching us. give me a break you are living off the goverment. get a job.
before you say you are "disable". everyone is worth min. wage from the neck down its from the neck up that makes the difference. and both of us know a person i say is disable,but refuses to say it for himself and works full-time if weather permits.
you may need to call him and ask him to share his pride and determanation. he is full of both while im thinking you full of other things..
So Jay, you plan to run for a BOC chair right? Then I guess you will only represent the "damned outsiders"? I guess we "indigenous tribesmen" are not good enough for you on your blog. How will we ever be good enough for you to represent as a commissioner? More locals live in that district than you give credit to. And even if they arent born and raised here, many feel as if they are local from the amount of time they have devoted here. By the way Jay, what qualifications do you posses to be a commissioner? What have you managed? What have you done that will make you a good candidate besides run your mouth? Have you any experience in dealing with the masses and taking what is good for the people and not just good for you? (not from the sounds of it on this blog) Have you any experience in handling budgets and the effects of possible cuts in areas that are already struggling? Have you any experience in negotiations to reach a good middle ground that can possibly meet goals from different sides of the table? From reading your blog, most of these answers are a no from what I see. I encourage anyone to go back into your old posts and comments from this blog and read and research this would be candidate for the BOC. You will find plenty of arrogance, pomp, and no ability to think or feel for anyone but Jay. Jay is concerned about Jay, and not another soul on this planet. Jay just wants to be on the board for his namesake, not to do anything to help anyone or this community. Jay, your just a free lance journalist that cant sell an article. An old, grumpy fart that couldnt even keep a girlfriend. No wonder you resent the world and anyone in it. You turned your world into a big pile of shit, and wish to make everyone else as miserable as you.
