Special to the TOPIX ass who asked.
My Medicare Part A covergae is "free" after I paid for it for 40 years before becoming disabled.
Part B is $96.40 per month this year. It goes up annually - with no input from a committee of insureds. My Part D prescrition drug covergae is $42.00 per month. Nontheless, I still pay just under $99.00 per month as my share of the cost of my prescriptions. I have a $135.00 annual deductible and pay 20% co-insurnace for all charges thereafter.
I paid premiums on this insurnace for 40 straight years and drew NO benefits. Now I am - exactly as you would if you were disabled, or aged 65. So, what is your point?
By the way, ass, I just checked the county premium schedule. If I were a county employee, my preims would be $24.50 bi-weekly which is the equvalent of only $53.08. So, you see, I'm paying more than twice that for my coverage. Again -what the hell is your point?
Well, I'm waiting. Looks like you got hoisted on your own petard now that it turns out that even a Medicare beneficiary is paying over twice as much as a county employee.
And don't forget that as a Camden taxpayer, I'm helping to pay for the majority of your county employee insurance premium as well.
Now that he has been embarrassed as a result of making hte rookie mistake of asking aquestion to whcih he did not already know the answer, this, in a blind rage of frustration, is the best the foolish ass could come up with.
"Oh its coming, just a matter of time. When everyone, including the "insurance guru" puppet boy Moreno, finally figures out that the insurance plan is NOT the reason the county is in such a mess, then Howard will be run off. IF he does not leave on his own for greener pastures first. I mean, why is it that even Moreno dodges the issue of over paid, over staffed admin level at the county? I mean come on Jay, you got all this info so quickly on the employee health insurance, why is it that you can not or will touch this issue until you are "elected"? Whats your "point" Jay? Tell us taxpayers how a projected $125,000 per year savings from changes to the health plan is going to fix the counties budget problem? Oh, before you try to ram the dredded "employee health insurance committee" any further down our throats you may want to find out who is on it first dumb ass!! Staci Bowick, Danny Daniels (chairman), Cindy Daniels, do I need to say anymore. Now Mr. IQ you tell us who is screwing who? Show me some balls, and post that on you POS blog!!! To much "IQ" and no common sense!!"
