Georgia Supreme Court rules in favor of Cisco!

From an absolutely reliable source, this communique: The Ga. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Cisco, et al. on the matter of the RICO action by the State to take Cisco's assets. It is a very hard to fathom decision. I think the bottom line is that there was a denial of due process and that the property was taken prior to adjudication of guilt. What I am wondering is what now happens to the property that was liquidated and/or the funds paid out to the Receiver for handling all the dealings. If you want to look up the ruling the following is information you will need for the Georgia Supreme Court cite: S09A0371. Cisco v. State of Georgia S09A0375. Moore et al. v. State of Georgia The D.A. relied on the law as it was in Georgia and the Court ruled the law was wrong. Not the D.A. Good D.A. lousy law.
