That is one unfriendly bunch you've got in your sights.

There was a time when travelers were strongly advised not to stop along the highways in Georgia, if they could possible help it. That seemed unwarranted. Then that Cisco thing comes down the pike.

How's that mega mall in Darien working out, btw? That might provide some basis for comparison.

Bonds are such a lovely way to tap the public purse. The interest on them always has to be paid first and escapes the federal income tax. That's how trickles turn into guaranteed income streams.

The factory outlet shopping center in Darien is not a mega-mall.

Moreover, no bonds will be involved.

Still, Georgia is now getting attention for he fact that there have been 36 bank failures--more than any other state in the country.
How did that happen? I'd say it was because they were late to the game.
A mega-mall in Kingsland!!!
There aren't that many royalists on the highway.

Hard to believe that the infrastructure is going to be a cash investment. Good going, if that's so.
