Camden NOT immune to hurricanes.

http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/091408/geo_331989715.shtml To find out the risk you face at your address and the cost of flood insurance, click here: http://www.floodsmart.gov/floodsmart/ Note: If your address is in a "low-to-moderate-risk" area, your cost could be between $120.00 and $300.00 per year, depending upon value. CAUTION: there was a piece in today's paper (GTU) about a woman who recently discovered that she has always been in such a zone, but her insurance agent has been charging her a $1,200. "high risk" premium for years. Even if you have flood insurance now, you would do well to use this service to check behind your agent.

jay, can you find out how much the yacht club is paying for rent?
or tell me how

I'm not sure that I follow you. Are you talking about what the CCSO pays to dock boats at that yacht club up at Dover Bluff?

no the st. marys boat and yacht club. got the bait shop downtown.
the bid they turned in was 1/2 of the profit they made. when 2 others
turned in set amounts as asked to to.

Oh, okay. I was not at all aware of that partucular Lilliputian controversy.

The way to find out is to go to the city's web site and address a freedom of information request to Bill Shanahan for said information.

Thought to ponder: who controls more votes, the individual bidders who did it correctly, or the yacht CLUB?

jay, needless to say the yacht club
does. they got the bid and has not paid a dime of rent.. nor do they carry live bait.
