Court enjoins St. Marys from removing Airport Authority members.

Camden Commentary scoop: Late this afternoon, Attorney Jim Stein won a temporary injunction from the court barring the St. Marys City Council from removing four members from the St. Marys Airport Authority. Not to be outdone, immediately upon receiving the news, Mayor Eskridge piled on by vetoing the council's action of this past Monday night. Prediction: the four will still be removed (and Steele will resign), but only after a due process hearing.

Iron pants Hase, the council barn burner, got the City into a legal battle that was a waste of time, money and bad publicity. She is hell bent on having an authority that can be controled by her and Camden Partnership. She is the puppet for that bunch and is hollering she knows nothing. She has lied about problems with the Authority, was invited to attend the meetings and make what ever complaints she had know to the Authority. That was clear in court today. The citizens need to kick her as_ back to the curb, again. There certainly are more pressing issues for the City than wasting time in Court. She doesn't get it that she has removed all doubt that she is still a fool. The jaw bone of an ass.

The taxpayers of St. Marys should, if they have not already, start taking a close look at what's happening at City Hall.

The Real Estate Salesperson/Camden Partnership/Sea Island Company connections should be "transparent" and fully revealed.

And how does a privite entity, Camden Partnership, get $15,000.00 from the Camden JDA ( taxpayer's money )?

How about it, anyone ? anyone ??

Steve Berry has taunted himself as the person of righteousness for the County. Hell he showed all that he would not tolerate anyone MISmanaging the taxpayers money ie Bill Smith. I wonder where he stands on the JDA giving $15,000.00 of taxpayers money to the JDA to give to a private entity.

Or does he turn a blind eye to all of this because he father-in-law is a board member of the JDA.

I seriously doubt that Steve has taunted himself. I think that would be superfluous. He has no doubt touted himself, though.

This thing stinks all the way to the door steps of the Sea Island Company. Camden Partnership is just a tool for that bunch. Once again the taxpayers have been given the shaft by the keepers of the shaft. Hase doesn't have the brains that Alfred E. Newman, a very famous idiot, lacked. She is just being her self. I think some one else said she had a permanent case of the dumb ass. Any thing Judge Williams said went in one ear and out the other of Hase with no obstruction. Once again the voters have gotten kicked in the pocket book and ass at the same time. No only is she pushing for her agenda and that of the button pushers she is destroying what is left of the airport. Remember the City Council vote to pursue moving the airport if it was at no cost to the taxpayers. What the hell does she think all this is. She stirs up a shi_ storm and it costs to put it out. She has, once again, embrassed the City. It is such a shame that dumb asses don't see themselves as others do. That would be the saving grace, but alas, it ain't so.

Did anyone read the transcript of the Sea Island meeting about the airport. The lawyer said that Deborah Hase first approached him with the idea. She brought the information back to Camden Partnership and they gave her the marching orders. I am not surprise that DeLoughy is supporting her actions he is so deep in the pockets of others that it aint even funny. Weaver is a follow along to get along (DUH). I must admit I am surprise by Traders actions. But I guess when you live in Osprey with DeLoughy and Smith its hard to say:

NO, I WILL NOT SUPPORT ROBBING THE TAXPAYERS!!!!

The “Gang of four” are terrorizing the good citizens of St. Marys. This is how someone in St. Marys has described those four bullies on council. Gang Leader Debra Hase has poisened her other three bullies to push her agenda not only on the city, but the county and worse still, the United States. Sea Island bragged about spending one million dollars per room (yes per room) to remodel the Cloister Resort a few years ago and now Sea Island Company is on the brink of financial ruin. The airport relocation was originally a grand plan to help Sea Island sell huge tracks of real estate around their donated land for the airport. Now after careless and reckless spending they need the bailout of federal tax dollars to build that airport in order to keep their lavish spending habits up. And get this - they use the local navy as a catalyst to get those tax dollars. Mid level naval officers have been wined and dined to gain their support for the relocation efforts. Retired Navy Captains Mike McKinnon, Walt Yourstone, and Jim Wells have been courted heavily and put in leadership positions with Camden Partnership and are now meddeling in our local politics. St. Marys has enough problems to solve with this world wide recession that it needs to be spending time on and not some bailout for the rich Sea Island Company. The navy has been here since 1978 building and storing nuclear missles and have used St. Marys airport exclusively. The navy looked at relocating the airport in 1985 and again in 2001 after the terrorist attacks but Navy Admirals reviewed extensive relocation reports and cost and said the low security risk did not justify the high cost and said No to relocation. But Gang Leader Debra Hase knows what is best for all of us in Camden County and she is determined to shove that airport relocation down our throats at a cost of 30 million dollars of federal tax money. It will benefit the exclusive Sea Island Club (what does Debra get?) but the citizens of St. Marys will be deprived on an aiport that they can Never get back. How do you stop the bullies, Jay?
